All of our packages start with an initial interview to set expectations and ensure that we are compatible (because we care about you, our client, as a person) since we will be spending a considerable amount of time together.
Choosing one of our packages also includes access to evidence-based resources (because knowledge is power).
Everything but the Birth
Everything but the Birth is a package offered to families who want the support of a birth doula during their prenatal and postpartum seasons, but do not want support during their actual labor and birth.
This package could fit your needs if you want assistance in planning what your birth will include, creation of a birth plan and discussing the impact of informed decision making. We will also review comfort measures, hands-on techniques and support person coaching for the delivery.
After your baby is born, we will help you with emotionally processing your birth experience, breast-feeding and personal care information.
This includes:

Just the Birth
Just the Birth is a package offered to those who want the support of a birth doula during their birth experience, but for one reason or another, don’t need or want prenatal or postpartum support. This package could fit your needs if you are hiring a doula late into your pregnancy or you have thorough knowledge of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum on your own.
This includes:
- Initial interview
- Access to evidence-based pregnancy resourcess
- Creation of birth plan
- Education regarding comfort measures
- Prenatal Visit
- Email and text support
- Duration of your pregnancy
- On call starting at 38 weeks
- Hands-on, continuous physical and emotional labor support during active labor
The Just the Birth Package is offered for an investment of $1,250

Comprehensive Birth
Comprehensive Birth is the most commonly selected package. This package encompasses the best aspects of hiring a private birth doula for support allowing us to maximize perinatal support, building the client/doula relationship, birth and postpartum planning, and access to various childbirth and/or postpartum resources.
This includes:

- Detailed childbirth education
- Creation of birth plan
- Education regarding comfort measures
- Prenatal Visits
- 2 virtual
- 2 in-person
- Email and text support
- Duration of your pregnancy
- 6 weeks postpartum
- On call starting at 38 weeks
- Hands-on, continuous physical and emotional labor support during active labor
- Up to two hours of support immediately following birth
- Lactation support after birth, if needed
