What is a doula?

A doula is a trained labor support professional who focuses on the emotional, physical, and informational needs of the birthing person throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

  • Partner coaching, helping your support person feel confident and involved

Just the Birth

Perfect for families who primarily want hands-on support during labor and birth.

It’s a great option if you’re hiring a doula later in pregnancy or already feel confident in your prenatal preparation but want the reassurance of experienced support during labor.

Package Includes:

  • Initial consultation

  • Evidence-based pregnancy resources

  • Birth plan creation

  • Comfort measure education

  • 1 virtual prenatal session

  • Email and text support during pregnancy

  • On-call availability starting at 38 weeks

  • Continuous, hands-on physical/emotional support and advocacy during active labor

Our most comprehensive offering and a client favorite, this package provides full support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period.

We'll spend meaningful time preparing together before labor begins—building trust, creating a thoughtful birth plan, and helping you feel informed and supported every step of the way. From pregnancy through birth and into the postpartum period, you’ll have steady guidance as you navigate each stage of the journey.

Package Includes:

  • Initial consultation

  • Evidence-based pregnancy and postpartum resources

  • Detailed childbirth education

  • Birth plan creation

  • Comfort measure education

  • 4 prenatal visits (2 virtual, 2 in-person)

  • Email and text support throughout pregnancy & 6 weeks postpartum

  • On-call support starting at 38 weeks

  • Continuous, hands-on physical/emotional support and advocacy during active labor

  • Up to two hours of support immediately following birth

  • Initial lactation support, if needed (first latch and first feeding guidance)

  • 1 postpartum visit (up to 4 weeks after birth)

  • Complete lactation support and education

Together we’ll prepare for birth, create your birth plan, talk through informed decision-making, and practice comfort techniques you and your support person can use during labor.  We'll also cover the basics of lactation to ensure you feel confident feeding your baby from the very beginning.

  • Evidence-based pregnancy & postpartum resources

  • Detailed childbirth education

  • Birth plan creation

  • Comfort measure education

  • 1 virtual prenatal consult
